If so, Build Space has the perfect role for youMEP Lead roles & responsibilities:- Working with the Design Team to finalise final solution and drawings - Drafting and managing programme for all Mechanical and Electrical works - Client Management - Quality Control - Weekly reporting upline to Project Director / Construction DirectorMEP Lead experience required:- Minimum 10 years Tier 1 Main Contractor / Developer experience - MEP Lead experience on major projects >£50m in value - Residential Tower project experience - Degree educated or similar - Excellent communication skills - written and spokenWith groundworks well under way, this is an urgent hire that we want to wrap up before Xmas.
