Our client, a precision engineering firm, are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality/Mechanical Inspector to join their teamAs a Quality/Mechanical Inspector, you will be responsible for examining, assessing, and verifying the quality and functionality of their bespoke components. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that products meet industry standards and customer requirements.Responsibilities:Complete inspections in line with technical drawings and product specifications.Conduct measurements using precision instruments such as: micrometres, vernier callipers, CMM's and other relevant equipment.Record and document inspection results, report findings to the Quality Manager.Candidate RequirementsExperience in a quality focused mechanical engineering environmentProficient in interpreting technical drawings, including GD&TFamiliarity with inspection tools and equipment.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsHours of workMonday-Thursday 0730-1600 and Friday HoursBenefits include free on-site parking, 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays and pension.Please send your CV to apply or call Phil in the office for more details...
