05:30PM - 14:30PM, Monday to Friday (Early Shift)

This role is pivotal in ensuring the facilitation of onsite operational delivery to our prestigious customers. You will be part of a collaborative team, striving for customer satisfaction, supporting our workforce, and acting as an ambassador for our business.
Day to Day of the role
- Oversee shift fulfilment to meet customer Service Level Agreements.
- Manage the worker sign-in/out process and documentation.
- Support accurate and timely payroll processes for customer submissions.
- Resolve worker queries regarding pay and general issues promptly.
- Aid the recruitment team with local attraction and recruitment activities.
- Handle the induction, onboarding, and engagement of new starters.
- Provide HR support for issue management and formal case management.
- Complete necessary reporting and participate in meetings and briefings.
- Maintain training and systems records.
- Address worker attendance issues and implement follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, processes, and systems.
- Cultivate effective relationships with team members, workers, and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks and propose solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in performance, systems, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous recruitment experience in similar onsite customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with strategic objective setting capabilities.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Dedicated to delivering service that meets customer SLAs and deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and compliance adherence.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
