An enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment and HR Officer is sought for a pivotal role within a leading Industrial / Manufacturing organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, Employee Relations and staff development.

Description

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-calibre candidates.
  • Oversee HR operations, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the business objectives.
  • Foster a positive working environment, cultivating a strong company culture.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as employee turnover and retention rates.
  • Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
  • Develop and implement training and development programmes.

Profile

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar Recruitment or HR role within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.

Job Offer
