About the Role:

The Advocate Group are seeking an established Shopper Marketing professional to drive strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and boost sales in retail grocery environments.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies across the UK & Irish markets.
  • Manage relationships with retail media agencies and key retail partners.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful execution.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize spending.
  • Lead a team, fostering a high-performance culture.



Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years FMCG shopper marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in managing 3rd party retailer media agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and budget management experience.
