It's not about plugging things in and ticking boxesit's about understanding the "why," digging into faults, and ensuring every unit that leaves the floor is built to perform flawlessly. What You'll Be Doing Testing high-spec products in line with detailed specifications, bringing rigour and consistency to every assessment Completing clear, accurate reports and documentation for every test cycle Inspecting and validating parts and assemblies against exacting engineering standards Diagnosing faults down to component level, including PCBsgoing beyond surface-level fixes Recording root causes and findings into internal systems with precision Supporting the maintenance of test equipment and maintaining an organised working area Collaborating closely with engineers and production to meet schedules and exceed quality targets What You'll Bring 3 years' experience as a Test Technician or in a similar hands-on electronics role Proven expertise in fault-finding to component level, particularly on PCBs Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics and wiring drawings with confidence Experience in a low-to-medium volume manufacturing or test cell environment Proactive, curious mindsetable to work independently and collaboratively Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel Desirable Extras Experience working with complex electronic products HND/HNC or equivalent qualification in electronics/engineering Why You'll Love It Here Join a highly skilled, supportive team where your expertise and ideas are genuinely valued Tackle technically challenging, meaningful products every single day Develop your hands-on capabilities in testing, inspection, and diagnostics Play a pivotal role in driving quality, performance, and continuous improvement Enjoy stability, variety, and real opportunities to grow your career Sound like your kind of challenge?
