Job Title: Technical Business Analyst / Consultant

Location: UK-based, remote


Overview:

We are building a team of experienced Technical Business Analysts / Consultants with expertise in user journey mapping, pain point identification, and collaboration with developers. You'll analyze large datasets, propose solutions on infrastructure platforms and applications, and drive improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Map user journeys and identify pain points.
  • Collaborate with development teams to propose solutions.
  • Analyze and quantify large datasets using tools like Excel, Tableau, and dashboards.
  • Contribute to solutioning by identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Understand platforms, metadata, change requests, and technical infrastructure.
  • Work on building out and improving current material and processes.


Requirements:

  • Strong Data Analytics skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Experience with SDLC and working with global teams.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel and Tableau.
  • Understanding of infrastructure platforms, storage, and technical applications.
  • Consultancy experience in providing solutions and recommendations.
