Shifts:Any 5 days from 7 (Backshift)Rates of Pay:£12.21 per hour Benefits: Weekly payImmediate starts availableEmployee well-being programmeDay-to-Day Duties:As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but not be limited to): Picking and packaging customer orders accurately and efficientlyEnsuring all items loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperworkReporting any damaged or missing items to Warehouse Managers or SupervisorsMaintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environmentAssisting with inventory control and stock checksPerforming general warehouse and labouring duties as requiredEssential Skills:To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need: Good physical fitness, as this role involves heavy lifting and manual handlingExcellent teamwork and communication skillsThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and record-keeping skillsThe ability to work with minimal supervisionDesirable Experience: Previous experience in picking and packingPrevious experience working in a warehouse environmentTraining Provided:Full industry-related training and ongoing support will be provided throughout your employment.
