The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency team development and client satisfaction while ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Client RelationsServe as primary technical liaison between engineering teams and data center clientsBuild and maintain strategic relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersLead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery excellenceSystems Management & StrategyDevelop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for existing and new building systemsCreate detailed job plans and asset management protocols for optimal system performanceOversee operations maintenance and capital improvements for Life Safety Mechanical Electrical Plumbing HVAC Security and Elevator systemsDevelop strategic preventive maintenance plans and system improvement initiativesTechnical OperationsCollaborate with Reliability Engineers and System Owners to optimize preventive maintenance scheduling and CMMS system efficiencyAnalyze equipment performance data and develop Emergency Response Action Plans (ERAP) for potential system failuresManage system upgrades and enhancements across Fire Systems Utilities and other critical infrastructureTeam DevelopmentLead mentor and develop engineering and maintenance staff to expand technical capabilitiesOversee training programs to enhance team skills and operational knowledgeFoster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growthRequired QualificationsTechnical Expertise5-8 years of facilities engineering and operations experience in mission-critical environmentsProfessional qualification/certification in electrical mechanical or building systems engineeringStrong technical knowledge of building systems data centers UPS systems electrical mechanical and HVAC systemsExperience in testing and commissioning of new facilitiesProven experience managing Dual Loop Power (DLP) programsBusiness & Communication SkillsBusiness acumen with demonstrated financial planning and budget management capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ArabicStrong presentation team management and project management abilitiesExceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all organizational levelsCore CompetenciesClient-focused mindset with ability to anticipate and address stakeholder needsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent time management skills with ability to perform effectively under pressureOur Commitment to Sustainability and InnovationAt JLL were committed to building a better tomorrow.
