Warehouse Assistant | Woodstock | £23,000pa - £26,000pa plus bonus & benefits:   MARS Recruitment have partnered with a University of Oxford spin out and market leading manufacturer of scientific devices and instrumentation in their search for a new Warehouse Assistant. You will be part of a highly successful operations team taking accountability and responsibility for the receiving, kitting and packing of a multitude of electronic and mechanical components for assembly.  This Warehouse Assistant will have a range of duties, from receiving goods, checking the delivery against the delivery notes and purchase orders, completing the delivery in ERP and then locating the goods in stores. Preparing Goods for Shipping, preparing accessory and service packs, cleaning and boxing/crating goods. Kitting parts for production in a timely manner, ensuring pre-made kits are always on the shelf prior to the requirement date.  About you: The successful Warehouse Assistant will need at least 6-12 months experience in a previous Goods in & out, Warehouse, Stores and stock control role. The following would also be desirable:GCSE in Maths, English and ICT.
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Knowledge and use of Sage200 or similar integrated ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of packaging techniques and tooling.
