Role DetailsJob Title: Continuous Improvement ManagerLocation: GlasgowKura are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our teamThe Continuous Improvement Manager will identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business for our clients through employing process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and the application of innovative thinking whilst installing a Continuous Improvement change culture. The role will support and work with a range of internal and external stakeholder groups helping to identify opportunities to reduce waste enhance customer experience and drive efficiency effectiveness and economy across all operations to optimise profitability for either Kura/client or both.The Continuous Improvement Manager will also be responsible for supporting contributing and leading (where appropriate) client led change initiatives within the account annual plan.BenefitsSalary up to 35000 DOE employee benefits30 Days Paid HolidayHybrid WorkingBonus OpportunityPositive working environmentPlus much moreRequirementsEnthusiastic self-motivated and work well under pressureAn understanding of the market including operational delivery and customer expectations.
