We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established team in Lutterworth. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Client Details The organisation operates within the industrial/manufacturing sector and is recognised as a medium-sized company that values precision and efficiency. They focus on providing high-quality products and services, supported by a robust engineering team. Description Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial equipment and machinery. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently. Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in line with health and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with the engineering team to improve machinery reliability. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any concerns. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and equipment performance. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime.Profile A successful Maintenance Engineer should have: Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
