About the Role:


Lead Reliability Engineer - EV Charge Point



Responsibilities:



  • Managing product certification and 3rd party testing.
  • Gather, interpret and present continuous reliability and performance data.
  • Execution of RAM studies using reliability technics and modelling tools for complex systems.
  • Work cross functionally to identify, plan and implement continuous improvement.
  • Promote and support structured problem solving.
  • Champion and implement best practices during product development such as FMEAs (failure mode and effects analysis), RBDs(Reliability block diagrams) validation and verification testing and HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing )analysis.
  • Manage continuous product testing.


About You:



  • Self-motivated and self-managing.
  • Good knowledge of Reliability concepts and techniques, e.g. Fault Tree, RBDs and FMEA/FMECA(Failure modes, effects, and criticality analysis)
  • Experience in working with and demonstrating conformance to regulatory standards.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing product verification test regimes.
  • Experience in defining, setting up and running physical test infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Practical and adaptable mindset.
  • Relevant Engineering Degree.
