Geo-Environmental Engineer We're looking for an experienced Geo-Environmental Engineer, to join a multidisciplinary company. You'll manage and supervise ground investigations, collect and interpret site and lab data, and produce technical reports across infrastructure sectors including rail, highways, and waterways. Key Responsibilities: Manage ground investigation tasks and coordinate supply chains. Conduct fieldwork including soil and rock logging, sampling, and in-situ testing. Prepare factual reports and schedule lab analyses. Ensure health and safety compliance on site. Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication. Requirements: Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences. Must have at least a couple of years of post-grad experience in the UK on geo-environmental projects. Site supervision experience (e.g. drilling contractors). Strong understanding of ground investigation risks and safety. SSSTS/SMSTS preferred. Skilled in factual reporting. Progressing toward professional chartership. Experience in rail/highways is a plus. Contract Details: 6-month initial contract. Location: Sites across Scotland Minimum 12 months experience in geo-environmental projects.
