Position Overview:


Sales Boutique is seeking a motivated and strategic BDR to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships, achieving meeting generation targets, and contributing to the overall success of our clients' sales efforts. You will work closely with our team to learn our sales methodology, master the tools we use.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and work towards contract renewals.

- Provide expert consultation on key sales topics to help clients achieve their goals.


2. Meeting Generation:

- Achieve meeting generation targets for all assigned clients.

- Secure meetings (gongs) through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.

- Identify and proactively reach out to ‘hot leads’ to drive incremental meetings.

- Develop and share creative strategies to increase meeting generation success.

- Implement, test, and refine ideas to continually improve results.


3. New Business Development (Future Responsibility):

- Potential to take on new business development responsibilities as you grow within the role.


Plan for the First 3 Months:


Months 1 & 2: Training and Learning

- Immerse yourself in our technology platforms and sales methodologies.

- Shadow experienced team members in client meetings and daily activities.

- Engage with the team, participate in company culture activities, and start building relationships.


Month 3: Independence with Support

- Begin leading client meetings with the support of senior team members.

- Strategise independently on how to achieve targets for your clients.

- Identify areas where you can improve, and collaborate with the team to receive additional training.

- Embrace a growth mindset—understand that failure is a part of learning, and use it as an opportunity to improve.


Qualifications:

- Experience in lead generation, booking meetings and client management.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach for lead generation.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and achieve targets.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
