Junior Project Engineer

At Altrad Babcock, our Major Projects division is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Project Engineer to join our team in Renfrew. This role will support the Project Engineering Manager and Senior Engineers in delivering cutting-edge projects that shape the future of the industries we serve.
As a Junior Project Engineer, you will be instrumental in assisting in the implementation and delivery of process sector projects, whilst ensuring projects meet budget and schedule targets while adhering to technical requirements. In addition to this, you will coordinate and expedite engineering work to facilitate efficient procurement, manufacture, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.
Backed by an HNC/HND in an engineering discipline or a degree level qualification in a technical or engineering discipline, our new Engineer will have the ability to apply engineering principles and knowledge of regulations, codes, and industry standards to solve complex problems. You will aid in delivering project scopes within budget and on schedule, while ensuring technical compliance with project requirements.
The candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact well with the team members and stakeholders.
