Job Title: Head of Alastin

Location: London Office – Hybrid 3 days in the office

Job Description

Galderma UK is looking for a strong Head of Brand to join our London office and lead the successful Alastin team. The role is hybrid and gives you the flexibility to arrange your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build Sales & Marketing plans and policies to evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.)
  2. Execute Sales & Marketing plans and policies related to planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands
  3. Prioritize and coordinate sales & business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships
  4. Understand and analyse ongoing Sales & Marketing processes to ensure product/brand sales volumes as well as the profit targets are met
  5. Develop and formulate plans to implement brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standard
  6. Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with other specialist departments and external service providers

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or similar
  2. Strong Experience within Aesthetics/ Cosmetics/ Dermatology industry
  3. Demonstrated background developing strategy and growth and implement it effectively in market to achieve the business goals and objectives
  4. Demonstratable ability creating materials and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  5. Experience working with of managing agencies and budgets
  6. Good understanding of customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns
  7. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong experience in working in complex matrix organizations.
