Web Administrator  – Job Opportunity

Up to £35,000TelfordOnsite Our client, a prominent healthcare brand based in Telford, is seeking a dedicated Web Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.Role Overview:As a Web Administrator, you will be tasked with reviewing website content and functionality, providing support during project testing and deployment, and contributing to the overall enhancement of the ecommerce platform.Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a support environment, preferably with JIRA or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional research abilities, with a track record of producing comprehensive reports.
  • Background in retail or ecommerce environments.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
  • Experience in project creation and management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Magento is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize New Relic to monitor and report on site performance and customer interactions, driving continuous improvements.
  • Implement and analyse A/B tests using Adobe Target, reporting on outcomes.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support ecommerce growth initiatives.
  • Manage and proactively report on bugs and issues.
  • Test and log new projects and support fixes, providing detailed reports.
  • Produce project updates for key stakeholders and the wider company.
  • Assist the business with various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
