Hybrid - Cambridge or London

Are you a seasoned contract or commercial lawyer eager to shape the future of AI-driven legal services? Do you thrive on customer interaction and enjoy building solutions that drive efficiency and innovation? If so, this role could be your next career move.

My Client is seeking a Professional Services Legal Content Director to take a leadership role in delivering outstanding legal content solutions. You'll work closely with clients, ensuring they maximize the value of AI-powered contract review technology, guiding them through playbook management, automation, and best practices in contract analysis.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Leading the development of legal content and playbooks that enhance AI contract review capabilities.
  2. Engaging with customers to scope, prepare, and deliver tailored legal content solutions.
  3. Collaborating cross-functionally with commercial, product, and engineering teams to refine contract automation strategies.
  4. Applying your expertise in commercial law to translate legal concepts into AI-driven workflows.
  5. Managing client relationships, ensuring they achieve success in their legal tech adoption journey.
What We're Looking For:
  1. 5-7 years PQE with solid experience in commercial law, ideally with exposure to SaaS or tech contracts.
  2. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  3. A proactive, problem-solving mindset—someone who enjoys innovation and process improvement.
  4. Experience working with law firms or in-house legal teams, with a focus on contracts and negotiations.
  5. A passion for legal technology and the ability to bridge the gap between legal expertise and AI capabilities.
Why Join?
  1. Be part of a high-growth legal tech company driving innovation in AI-powered contract review.
  2. Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your expertise makes a direct impact.
  3. Hybrid working flexibility—split your time between home and an office location in London or Cambridge.
  4. Competitive salary, benefits, and clear growth opportunities.

If you're excited about the intersection of law and technology and want to help shape the future of AI in legal services, we'd love to hear from you
