Introduction:Attewell is a fast-growing Aerospace manufacturing business based in Hayes Middlesex. Reporting to the Commercial Director the Inside Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving our continued growth and providing outstanding customer service. The main responsibilities of the role include management of day-to-day sales enquiries project management of major bids and increasing profitable growth via internal sales channels. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates a high of level accountability energy and commitment as well as enjoying working in a fast-paced environment requiring you to be highly responsive. At Attewell we believe passionately in the importance of diversity in our teams and we strive to make our workplace as inclusive as possible including being as flexible as possible to support our colleagues and teammates.Main responsibilities: Deliver on-time high quality and competitive quotes to customers Project manage the end-to-end process for major bids Increase our win rate with effective follow-ups and analysis to boost our competitiveness Lead and develop the inside sales team to provide excellent customer service and profitable growth with long-tail customers as well as supporting the Business Development team with strategic customers Grow our daily bookings through inside sales channels Pro-actively lead and support problem solving efforts with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and coordinate internal actions as neededExperience required: A relevant degree-level qualification 3 years experience in a relevant role ideally from the aerospace / manufacturing sector Strong project management and organisational skills A strong track record of developing customer relationships Ability to work unsupervised in a rapidly growing organisation and respond quickly to requirements prioritising effectively Excellent inter-personal skills to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders across the business Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (ideally SAP) A proven track record in effectively managing an inside sales team Process driven with a continuous improvement mindset Analytical with excellent communication skills and attention to detail Fast learner able to rapidly build commercial / high-level technical knowledge to ensure customer requirements are met Working hours:Full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
