Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing units. Repair, and maintain systems. Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults in a timely and efficient manner.Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs, preferably within social housing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
