Security Site Supervisor Evenings

Job DescriptionCatch 22 are working with a well-known managing agent who are looking for a Site Supervisor with security experience to support the evening operation of a well-known public venue in Glasgow. Working closely with the daytime Building Manager youll take over the running of the site in the late afternoon and evening ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining high operational standards.The ideal applicant is someone confident in safety security and tenant liaison who enjoys working in a lively environment where bars restaurants and occasional events create a dynamic atmosphere.This role is paying a salary of around 32000 and will require working Thursday until Saturday 4pm 1am.Key Responsibilities:Support the smooth running of the site during evening hours.Maintain strong relationships with tenants and ensure compliance with site standardsOversee small tenant-led events and ensure all activities run safely and professionallyCarry out regular inspections of tenant units and public areasSupervise contractors and maintain accurate records when requiredRespond to incidents accidents and emergenciesEnsure all Health & Safety and fire safety procedures are followedManage keys first aid supplies incident logs and general site documentationMonitor cleanliness maintenance and security throughout the shiftLiaise with tenants local authorities and emergency services when necessarySupport marketing and events activity as neededIdeal Candidate:Experience providing maintenance or facilities support in a public-facing environmentExperience managing or overseeing security operationsStrong record-keeping and administrative abilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently during late shiftsFlexible approach to working evenings and weekends: 4pm 1pm Thurs until SaturdayValid SIA licence - EssentialSupervisory experience within retail leisure or hospitalityNEBOSH or other Health & Safety qualifications (Desirable)If this role is of interest please apply or for more information contact Laura at or call on0.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Customer Service,Developmental Disabilities Experience,Organizational skills,Communication skills,Computer Skills,Construction Experience,Computer Literacy,Security,Leadership Experience,Property Management,Supervising Experience,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
