Supporting the senior legal team, as a Paralegal you will undertake a varied support role, giving you the exposure and experience to develop and progress your career. Key duties and responsibilities will involve;Assisting with cases Answering telephonesAttending meeting clientsSupporting in the overall efficient running of the teamTo provide office administration skills including document management and general administration duties such as e-filing, physical filing, photocopying, scanning, court bundling and filing, large file transfers.To work under supervision to assist in managing mattersDrafting correspondence and reports answering client queries Attend hearingsGenerate attendance notes at meetingsDrafting invoicesThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team who have a clear vision for the company's future.
