If so, we would love to hear from youWe are working with one of our clients to find a Purchase Ledger to start immediately due to a very busy period, you must have previous experience and the ability to hit the ground runningDuties of the Purchase Ledger:* To match and post supplier invoices onto system* Electronically invoice match to appropriate purchase orders and stock receipts* Processing payments to suppliers in accordance with agreed terms* Ensure all supplier statements are reconciled and queries are dealt with in the appropriate manner* Processing payment of employee expense claims once appropriately approved* Maintaining the creditors ledger, allocating payments, and reconciling suppliers' statements* Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger* Point of contact for purchase ledger queries, investigating and raising supplier issues* Escalating purchase ledger queries if unable to resolve* Communicate efficiently and effectively with other departments, senior members of the organisation, customers, and suppliers* Dealing with supplier phone calls, chasing for payments, and resolving queries / issues* Maintain purchase ledger administration functions, including filing of invoices and statements* Working with the purchase ledger Supervisor to produce reportsIf you feel you have the right skill set for this role then please APPLY NOW for an immediate telephone call.
