Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Primary Schools in North Manchester  About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants who was experience working with children with and challenging behaviour to work in primary education settings in North Manchester. The successful candidate will work across a number of schools, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in various classroom settings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and helping them achieve their full potential.  Key Responsibilities: Support children with a range of SEN and challenging behaviour. Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored learning programs to meet the individual needs of students. Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and success. Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor progress and adapt strategies to support each child. Provide one-on-one and small group support as required, ensuring that each child’s needs are met effectively. Support students during activities, both in and outside the classroom, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.  The Ideal Candidate: Experience in a similar role supporting children with SEN (preferred, but not essential).
