A great opportunity to join our amazing customer service team in the waste and recycling industry dealing with Skips and Bulkers.

  • Customer Service Advisor
  • Wallsend
  • Part Time 17 to 25 Hours Per Week
  • Hours between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
  • National Minimum Wage / £11.44 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound telephone and email contact for customers
  • Manage queries and complaints efficiently and promptly
  • Investigate, action and resolve email queries
  • Meet service level agreements on productivity
  • Provide customers with a professional, convenient and courteous service

Requirements:

  • Call centre experience advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, patient phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and standard of accuracy
  • Self motivated with the ability to work at pace
  • Proactive with a positive attitude to supporting colleagues
  • Reliable, punctual and robust to work under pressure
