• Planning and coordinating events

• Coordinating complex business travel and itineraries

• Ad hoc projects and research

• Supporting wider Executive Assistant and Business Administration teams

Candidate:

• 4+ years of relevant experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven team player

• Very strong administrative and IT skills

• An ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

• Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to deal with competing priorities, with strong time management skills
