WE ARE LOOKING TO REECRUIT A QUALIFIED L5 RETROFIT COORDINATOR.

Eco Systems Group was established in 2012 as an installation company. We have recently expanded our services to include all Fabric and Renewable measures.

We are fully compliant to both PAS and MCS standards and can deliver on all retrofit projects.

We currently deliver services for GBIS, SHDF and Private works.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Harold Wood for a Retrofit Coordinator at Eco Systems Group. The Retrofit Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of retrofit projects, liaising with contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• L5 Retrofit Coordinator - Qualified
• Proven experience in project management and coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of building regulations and energy efficiency standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the property or construction industry is a plus

Role and Responsibilities:

·      Retrofit Coordination services in line with PAS 2030/2035.

·      Site inspections if required.

·      Quality control with surveyors and installer

Duties:

• To implement processes to ensure compliance
• Keep up to date with Building Regulations
• To implement the companies coordination services.
• To work with assessors, surveyors and installers

Qualifications:

• L5 Retrofit Coordination - Requirement
• Minimum 2 years experience in built environment
• Proven experience in PAS related projects
• Driving licence
