In a nutshell… We are seeking an experienced Agile certified Media Planning Senior Project Manager on a variable fixed term contract starting Dec 2025 to support the delivery of our client’s Media Transformation project. Working closely with our Programme Director you’ll ensure the successful planning, milestone achievement, risk monitoring and risk/issue resolution on this multi-national transformation project. The role will interface with a larger programme structure already in place, and with various functions within the client organisation.What you’ll be doing… This is a fixed term project-based role, starting December 2025 and working on a hybrid basis between our client's London offices. You will be instrumental in coordinating complex stakeholder engagement, managing implementation timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery of this large-scale transformation programme within a multinational organisation.Your vital contribution will be across several key areas:Project Planning & Coordination Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones across all workstreamsCoordinate project activities across multiple local markets recognising specific local market scopeManage dependencies between the core project workstreams and related projects / initiatives within the wider Marketing Transformation strategy at the client organisationEstablish and maintain project governance structures, reporting frameworks, and communication protocols; aligned with the programme structure.Help coordinate capability building activities and education programmes across different marketsStakeholder Management & CommunicationFacilitate coordination between global and local media leads, marketing teams, and external agency partnersOrganise and coordinate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activitiesPrepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior leadershipRisk Management & Quality AssuranceIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, escalating where appropriateEnsure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycleMonitor project performance against defined KPIs and success metricsCoordinate corrective actions when implementation challenges ariseResource & Vendor ManagementCoordinate resources across internal teams, client stakeholders, and external tool partnersManage project budgets and track expenditure against approved allocationsCoordinate technical integration requirements with IT and data teams where neededAbout You...Proven project management experience at a senior level in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsA track record managing media and / or technology implementation projects within multi-national organisationsExperience managing technical integrations and system implementationsExperience with change management methodologies and large-scale transformation programmesStrong understanding of project governance frameworks and risk management principlesExperience in media, marketing, or advertising technology implementationsFamiliarity with marketing technology ecosystems and data integration challengesProven experience in Agile methodologies.Understanding of data governance and compliance requirementsAgile or equivalent project management certification preferredFamiliarity with programmatic media buying platforms and attribution tools / media planning processes and measurement methodologies desirableAbout Our ClientWhen brands act responsibly in the media and marketing environment, their success deepens.
