Nova Founders Capital is a global operational investment group that creates and invests in business models of the future. Nova Founders Capital’s management team has started 30+ companies over the last 10 years and has exited companies through sale and IPO, backed by investors such as Goldman Sachs, Alibaba, Peter Thiel, and The World Bank.

What We Offer You

Nova Founders Capital is searching for experienced or aspiring Partners for their Search Funds. You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio or become a Partner of an existing company within our portfolio.

You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members, and CEOs who have started, acquired, built, and exited various companies.

You will receive both great upside in your work with a compensation geared mostly towards equity of 10-20% depending on the business, and a base salary of up to 80K GBP.

Your Responsibilities

As Partner, you will have the sole responsibility of building and growing your business. Specific tasks will vary based on the specific stage and company, and will include:

  • Build a world-class organization.
  • Build, lead, develop, and motivate an exceptional team.
  • Define and execute strategies to drive results across all functions.
  • Recruit the right people and constantly develop the team.
  • Be fully responsible for the P&L and day-to-day operations.

  • Proactive approach and sense of ownership/responsibility for everything you do.
  • A humble approach and share our passion for building companies and developing people.
  • Interested in continuous learning and proactively searching for ways to optimize.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree with excellent results.
  • Top-tier academics, preferably with an MBA.
  • 3-7 years at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, start-up, or company.

Expected Start Date
