Group Finance Director

Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a PE-backed SME business services company, based in Surrey, to appoint their new Group Finance Director. Reporting into the CEO this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the business and play a key role in their growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking overall responsibility for the Finance and accounting function
- Preparing and reviewing financial monthly reporting
- Ensuring systems are robust, compliant to support future growth
- Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities, optimising cost structures, and enhancing revenue streams
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company’s growth and operational objectives
- Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial compliance.
Candidate Profile:
- Experienced in building and developing a high-performing finance function
- Excels in a fast paced, hands-on, high growth SME environment
- Experience in transactions
- Strong background in professionalising finance functions and implementing best practices
- Proficient in managing finance operations in a multi-site environment
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG business
- Exceptional communication skills, able to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Curious and inquisitive, consistently seeking innovative solutions
Compensation: £140K - £150K base salary plus package
Location: Surrey
