SAP S/4HANA Process Purchase to Pay Consultant – ManagerUK wide (Hybrid)Our client is a global professional services firm growing its SAP S/4HANA and Finance Transformation practice. They are expanding their Procure-to-Pay capability to support increasing demand for large, complex transformation programmes across multiple industries.About the RoleThis position sits within the SAP S/4HANA Process team, focused on Purchase to Pay. You will combine functional expertise, consulting delivery and team leadership to support end-to-end P2P transformation. The role involves shaping P2P design, improving processes, managing delivery teams and working directly with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional workstreams across SAP S/4HANA P2P.Manage client engagements and support Senior Managers and Directors.Shape project strategies and address complex P2P challenges.Support delivery across master data, invoicing, payments and Accounts Payable.Manage project teams, assess risks and ensure delivery quality.Drive end-to-end activities across the project lifecycle.Advise clients on automation and iRPA opportunities.What They’re Looking ForExpertise in SAP ECC MM and FI, with hands-on S/4HANA Finance or P2P experience.Proven delivery of at least two end-to-end SAP implementations.Experience in process design and process optimisation.Leadership experience managing teams of two to four people.Strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills.Prior consulting experience required.Accounting knowledge beneficial but not essential.What You’ll ReceiveA full benefits package including hybrid working, private medical cover, virtual GP access, volunteering days and flexible working options.
