Stafffinders require a motivated and skilled General Labourer to join our client at a leading beverage wholesaler in Alloa. This role involves a variety of tasks in a warehouse environment, including the movement and handling of spirits casks and dry goods.What you will get in your new roleThe position offers a salary of £12 per hour, paid weekly with accrued holiday pay. Additional benefits include free on-site parking. The shift pattern for this 12-week assignment is Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.Responsibilities in your new role as a General Labourer * Manually move spirits casks within the warehouse * Perform stock-take duties * Assist with the palletisation of casks and work closely with forklift drivers * Demonstrate safe handling practices for a full range of goods * Process dispatch documentation while adhering to HMRC regulations * Receive incoming goods and ensure accurate recording * Participate in grounds maintenance activitiesYour personality, experience and qualificationsThe ideal candidate should have prior experience in a warehouse setting, including handling dry goods and/or moving casks. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
