These include:Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing AssistantPassion for providing excellent customer service and making customers’ lives easierGreat teamworkA good initiativeConfidence in using IT systemsExcellent communication and listening skillsPrepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something newAble to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we’ll be there to support and guide you throughout your process (with your openness and our guidance, your opportunities will be endless).
