LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Location: Didcot, OX11

Salary: OTE: £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This successful Independent Estate Agent with a thriving business in Berkshire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire are seeking an ambitious experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their highly effective lettings team.

The ideal candidate for this position will have proven success of estate agency experience under their belt. You will also need to be energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build and maintain relations with the clients.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience as a in Estate Agency and be looking to take the next step in their career. Knowledge of the local area helpful and full UK driving licence essential.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Previous experience in Estate Agency
• Residential lettings experience essential
• High level of customer service
• Good telephone manner
• Well-presented and well-spoken
• Ambitious and Self-Motivated
• Well-spoken and articulate
• Local knowledge of the Didcot area preferred
• Driving license and own car essential
