Role Overview As a Paralegal, you will work closely with Fee Earners across the residential property department, providing essential legal and administrative support. This role offers fantastic exposure to a broad range of legal matters and is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Supporting Fee Earners with a variety of legal tasks, including: Legal researchDrafting and preparing legal documentsAttending and conducting client meetingsManaging administrative duties such as file opening, filing/e-filing, and document collationHandling client communication via email, telephone, and Microsoft TeamsMonitoring Fee Earners matters during periods of absence, ensuring smooth information flow and continuityKeeping up to date with professional development through seminars, webinars, and internal trainingManaging incoming emails and post, ensuring Fee Earners receive information promptlyEnsuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations and completing required trainingSupporting wider business initiatives, including marketing and networking eventsProviding assistance to other Fee Earners and departments when requiredKey Skills & Experience Degree or equivalent qualificationStrong IT proficiencyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience in a conveyancing support role If this sounds like the right fit for you, Id love to hear from you.
