Mission:
  • Review information packs as part of the screening process of new opportunities, to be discussed at team level;
  • Proactively support the team in the due diligence process of transactions presented to IC, by leading the preparation of financial model, credit memo and experts calls;
  • Able to take part to the negotiation and execution of the legal documentation by supporting senior team members;
  • Monitor portfolio companies, by analysing monthly reports, regularly engaging with management teams and prepare updates for internal purposes and reporting to investors; and
  • Lead on the regular communication and engagement with investors on dedicated funds and investment vehicles.


Profile:
  • 1+ year experience in corporate finance, private equity / debt, investment banking;
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting and modelling;
  • Critical thinker and self-starter, with high attention to detail and good communication skills;
  • Genuine interest in a career focused on the UK market, by progressively developing a network of local stakeholders (sponsors, advisors);
  • Strong expertise in Excel, Word, Power Point, and ability to handle other tools (SQL, PowerBI, etc.); and
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (another European language is a plus).
