We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our client’s expanding team to contribute to driving growth. In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager in shaping and executing the marketing strategy, focusing on increasing ROI, elevating brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and helping them solidify their position as the market leader.
This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives on creativity and innovation. You will have the opportunity to design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate across both digital and traditional platforms, delivering measurable results that align with business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation: Develop engaging email campaign copy and assist in releasing campaigns to the sales team.
Sales Collaboration: Organise and facilitate product training for the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to drive results.
Content Development: Create compelling customer case studies, manage website content updates, and maintain a library of marketing collateral.
Social Media Management: Enhance B2B online presence, particularly on LinkedIn, by managing social media channels and building the brand voice.
Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and use insights to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing company presence at trade events, ensuring their brand is prominently represented.
Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with the sales, events, and training teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Video & Content Production: Oversee video creation, working with external partners such as videographers and website developers to produce high-quality content.
Reporting & Analysis: Update the marketing plan with progress reports, track campaign results, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
2-3 years of experience in a similar office-based marketing role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
Highly organized with a proactive approach to personal and professional development
Positive attitude towards engaging and motivating the sales team about marketing campaigns
Desirable:
Knowledge of SEO and B2B marketing strategies
Ability to understand and interpret marketing data
Experience with Dynamics CRM and Dynamics real-time marketing
Project management skills and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
