This client has been established for many years and undertakes a variety of generalist projects including Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Residential, valued up to £15m. This is an important role within a respected local contractor, offering the chance to work on diverse schemes. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Commercial Manager.Administration and commercial management of projects from procurement to final account, across a variety of sectors (Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Residential).Production of monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), financial forecasts, and cost reports.Management and negotiation of variations, claims, and final accounts with subcontractors and the client.Assisting in the production and issue of commercial notices to both the Client and Subcontractors.Working to maintain profit and margin targets across assigned projects.
