The group has been involved in most of the largest and most high-profile reorganizations that have occurred in the last a restructuring transaction a wide range of strategic advisory services are provided including advice on recapitalizations reorganizations corporate valuations exchange offers distressed mergers and acquisitions and raising debt and equity capital.Directors in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group have the opportunity to develop a diverse and broad corporate finance skill set. Financial restructuring transactions are complex and involve multi-party negotiations with a number of key stakeholders including among others the board of directors management secured and unsecured lenders and equity holders.Additional responsibilities include:Helping to lead the origination and execution of restructuring transactions across our platform;Frequent senior-level interaction with clients and investors;Developing detailed business plans;Developing strategies to implement various restructuring transactions;Evaluating financial returns to current and potential investors;Attending key client negotiating and strategy sessions;Managing complex and often time-sensitive restructuring transactions from start to finish;Participating in both internal and external client meetings negotiation of contracts and other agreements and due diligence sessions.Qualifications:PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior addition qualified candidates will possess the following:At least 9 years of work experience in corporate concentrated in leveraged & acquisition finance credit or restructuringFluency in English is requiredBachelors or Masters degreeStrong qualitative and analytical skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to run client meetings and coordinate deal executionStrong written and presentation skillsA desire to work in a team environment often under tight deadlinesStrong knowledge of accounting and financeAbility to mentor and train more junior bankersPersonal and professional integrityAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex age disability sexual orientation national origin or any other category protected by law.Required Experience:Director Key Skills Computer Science,Continuous Integration,Fraud,Intake Experience,Law Enforcement,Usability,Analysis Skills,Computer Forensics,Driving,Teaching,Counterintelligence,Sass Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
