Scope & Purpose

Working alongside a busy and fast-paced Warehousing Team, the Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for overseeing incoming administrative duties from Goods-In, Inventory, Despatch and Pick teams You will work within a small team overseeing and monitoring various functions to ensure that all divisions within the Warehouse are running smoothly.

The Role?

    • Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and escalations.
    • Manage stock movements across systems within the Warehouse
    • Process daily transfers and pick sheets for the warehouse.
    • Ensuring all paperwork and scanned documents are compliant with audit requirements.
    • Recording and monitoring across various systemsand updating relevant spreadsheets
    • Logging all goods into the warehouse
    • Closely working with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure they are being supported.
    • Ensure jobs are labelled correctly
    • Responding to high volumes of emails and providing reports to the operational team
    • Communicate clear work instructions effectively.
    • Problem-solving, finding the right solutions for the right scenarios.

The successful candidate??

    • Experience in customer service / administrative-based roles
    • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
    • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Excel
    • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
