Job Title: Tire Fitter/Technician -HGVArea: WolverhamptonPay: £15.00 p/h (depending on experience)Temp to PermWorking Patterns:Monday to Friday   We are looking for a Tire Technician/Fitter to join our customer team to provide hands-on experience with all sorts of tires, large truck sizes right down through to light truck and car sizes.  Responsibilities of a Tire Fitter/TechnicianInspect tires on HGV before and after installation.Perform tire rotations, balancing and other maintenance tasks.Follow all safety protocols while working in the shop.Repairing punctures.Changing filters, lubricating parts, and performing other basic road safety checks.Carrying out wheel alignment and tracking adjustments. This involves making sure the tires are fitted at exactly the correct angle, down to the nearest hundredth of a millimetre.Performing basic data inputting, possibly on a tablet, or other hand-held device, computer.Requirements and skills for a Tire Fitter/TechnicianProven work experience as a Tire Fitter/ Technician for HGVSome professional experience removing and installing tires preferred.Team player.Attention to detail to install tires properly.A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. If you are interested in the Tire Fitter/Technician role, please give us a call at (phone number removed) or email at (url removed)
