You'll collaborate with a range of specialists to deliver innovative ecological solutions across diverse, high-profile projects throughout the UK. Flexible working is central to their culture, supporting every employee's individual needs and promoting wellbeing through a healthy work/life balance.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of ecological projects. Plan, coordinate and undertake ecological field surveys, analysing and interpreting results. Provide Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW) support where required.What Our Client is Looking For:Degree in ecology or a closely related discipline. Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM). FISC Level 3 (or equivalent field identification skills). Demonstrable protected species survey experience - particularly with hazel dormouse. Protected species licences desirable but not essential. Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
