Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to provide insights into financial performance, support decision-making, and optimise resource allocation.
  • Ensure financial compliance with regulations, healthcare industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Identify cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies to maximise resources and improve the organisation’s financial performance.
  • Work closely with other senior executives to integrate financial considerations into overall business strategy, including identifying opportunities for investment, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Provide strategic direction on capital allocation and funding strategies to support the company’s growth trajectory.

  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a healthcare environment, with a strong track record of leading financial strategy and operations.
  • A strategic and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and drive financial performance.
  • Exceptional financial acumen, with expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting within the healthcare sector.
