Were on the lookout for a dynamic and hands on Hotel General Manager to lead our talented team at the Marine Hotel in Troon which reopened in June 2022 following a significant hotel refurbishment. Reporting into the Regional Director of Operations, you will have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experience, be a skilled developer of people and have expert ability to drive commercial performance.

As our Hotel General Manager, you will be at the forefront of our guest experience, working closely with your heads of department team to ensure every stay is seamless and memorable. Your creativity and strategic vision will help uphold our brand standards and foster an environment where both guests and team members feel valued and engaged. Together with your department heads, youll maximise revenue opportunities, maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere, and cultivate a culture of excellence.
