We are seeking an experienced Social Work Practitioner to join our innovative and highly motivated Whole Family Well-being Team. The successful candidate must be committed to agile and dynamic transformational change to ensure that families can live well in their community and receive the right support, at the right time, in the right way. You will be a kind, compassionate and trauma informed team player. You will be working within a cohesive team who have skills and experiences across a diverse range of professions and systems. Creative thinking, a 'can do' perspective and a commitment to engaging in quality improvement methodologies is a must. You will be able to work on your own initiative, have excellent communication skills and experience of supervising Family Outreach Workers. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of building positive and respectful working relationships with partners.

Job RequirementsEducation/Qualifications
Essential: Approved qualification in Social Work, and SSSC registration.
Those with international Social Work qualifications should not apply unless they are fully registered with the SSSC.

Full current driving licence and access to a vehicle*
