Electronics Design Engineer – Norfolk - £55KHexwired have partnered with an exciting electronics manufacturer in the Norfolk area who are looking for an electronics design engineer to join their team. They are looking for candidates with a degree in electronic engineering and experience of designing mixed signal products.Key Responsibilities: * Design and test multi-layer PCBs, supported by simulation and real-world testing. * Analyse and resolve product defects and system failures. * Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on engineering designs. * Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including BOMs, Gerbers, and user manuals. * Collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing and quality, to ensure product success.Required Skills & Experience: * Degree in electrical or electronic engineering, or equivalent experience. * Over 3 years of experience in electronics and embedded system design. * Expertise in designing mixed-signal systems including SOC, FPGA, and power supply circuits.Preferred Skills & Experience: * Proficiency in C/C++, VHDL, and version control tools like GIT. * Familiarity with Altium Designer and simulation tools. * Experience with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, Ethernet, RS-232) and high-voltage systems (400V DC).This growing company is offering £55K and great benefits, such as a company bonus, and strong healthcare and pension benefits.
