Information Security Technical Analyst

Were looking for a proactive and collaborative Information Security Technical Analyst to join us in Hove.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys working across teams and is passionate about delivering secure and effective technology solutions.What youll be doing:Supporting the secure development and implementation of solutions across LGRITranslating security control requirements into architecture patterns and solution designsMaintaining awareness of emerging security risks and recommending mitigation strategiesAssessing and analysing vulnerabilities from security scans and collaborating on remediationEvaluating third-party supplier security maturity during tenders and bidsReviewing system configurations and identifying areas for security improvementScoping penetration tests and documenting risk-based findingsContributing to small transformation projects alongside BAU activitiesQualifications : Who were looking for:A strong understanding of general security practices such as encryption IAM security information and event management etc. and supporting technologiesPrior experience in delivering highly technical and innovative security engineering / design productsExperience with report writing creating metrics or risk management would be greatYoull also be comfortable in working with colleagues at all seniority levelsAdaptable and creative thinker who can collaborate well in a team environmentWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
