Our esteemed patron seeks a Lead Game Designer with a passion for diverse game genres and a knack for weaving captivating tales. In a role of leadership, you shall illuminate the path through production and creative mazes, guided by the North Star of imagination. Hand in hand with the Creative/Game Sultan, you shall craft worlds of wonder, building teams of design enchanters and forging alliances with fellow seekers. The major themes of your magical role shall be people empowerment, boundless creativity, effective communication, problem-solving prowess, and the art of mitigating challenges.


Mystical Keys to Your Destiny:

  • Unearth the latest trends of players' desires, infusing them into your magical tapestry.
  • Chart, detail, and oversee the work of fellow Game Genies within your magical caravan.
  • Evoke innovative gameplay and immersive experiences, weaving the foundation of enchantment as per the game's destiny.
  • Conceptualize and breathe life into characters, realms, stories, and rules for magical new games.
  • Guide the enchantment from the spark of ideas to the rapid flourish of prototypes.
  • Enscribe the GDD scrolls for various game realms, preserving all details, iterations, and metamorphoses for the scribes of development.
  • Gaze upon game features, ensuring they are as delightful as wishes granted and as per the GDD lore.
  • Embark on regular quests within the game's realms to provide feedback and ensure the flow of magic remains unbroken.
  • Continue the enchantment cycle, weaving user feedback into the fabric of game design and features.
  • Collaborate closely with artistry wizards, development sorcerers, and other fellow travelers.
  • Possess the power to train, guide, and mold young game enchanters. Encourage the sharing of magical experiences.
  • Breathe life into a game-developer spirit, transcending mastery to encompass a boundless passion for games and their creation.
  • Communicate and report to the Sultan of Design.
  • Aid the realm of production in understanding the magic wielded by your design disciples, working hand in hand to prioritize and manifest tasks.
