Job Summary:

As a Food & Beverage Waiter/ess, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service during breakfast hours at Elis Restaurant and assist with various events hosted at the hotel. Your goal is to provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring they have a memorable and seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding food and beverage service during breakfast hours, ensuring all guests' needs are met in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Support event operations across the hotel, ensuring all food and beverage service aligns with event requirements and client expectations.
  • Set up, serve, and clear event spaces, including buffets, banquets, and meetings, adhering to quality and service standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth execution of all service aspects during events.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in dining areas and event spaces.
  • Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally, offering a high level of customer service.
  • Provide support to event coordinators during the setup and execution of events, assisting with food and beverage preparation and service.

Our successfulFood and Beverage Waiter/ess will have:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is desirable.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts and assist with evening events as needed.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and working as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
